Welcome to EA Streamline.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to EA Streamline. EA Streamline operates this website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”), offered to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Services” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, customers, merchants and contributors of content.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
Your order is only accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.
Orders may not be cancelled once production has started, especially for custom-made or print-on-demand products, unless required by applicable law.

Prices are shown at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, customs duties or shipping fees.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.
ARTICLE 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

All content available through the Services, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, designs, videos and software, is the property of EA Streamline or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

ARTICLE 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
EA Streamline uses Shopify to provide the Services. Transactions are conducted directly between you and EA Streamline. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transaction with us.

ARTICLE 11 – FEEDBACK
If you submit feedback, suggestions or ideas, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them without restriction or compensation.
