All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, produce, and pack your order before shipment.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If this occurs, we will inform you where possible.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing is completed.

  • The Netherlands: 2–4 business days

  • Other European Union countries: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Free Shipping

  • Orders over €60 within The Netherlands qualify for free shipping

  • Orders over €100 within the European Union qualify for free shipping

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

EA Streamline is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
